Editing Photos in ProCamera - An Overview of the Editing Studio

With ProCamera, you can not only take pictures but also edit them to your taste using the ProCamera Editing Studio. In the Editing Studio, you can use various photo editing tools and apply filters to give your image the desired final look.

This article provides a brief overview of the features available in the ProCamera Editing Studio.

How to access ProCamera Editing Studio

Go to an album and open a photo in single media view, then tap the Edit button in the bottom bar. This will open the ProCamera Editing Studio

Editing Sections Included in ProCamera Editing Studio

Depth editing tool

The Depth Editing Tool is designed to simulate the effect of different aperture sizes. This allows you to adjust the depth of field for photos after the capture.

RAW editing tools

RAW editing tools are specifically developed to edit RAW/ProRAW photos. Adjustable parameters include:

  • EDR
  • Exposure
  • Boost
  • Shadows
  • Temperature
  • Luma Noise Reduction
  • Chroma Noise Reduction

Filters

ProCamera includes a variety of filter sets, each with its own unique look and feel. These filters instantly change the appearance of your photo without the need to adjust multiple editing parameters manually. The included filter sets are:

  • San Fran (premium)

  • Classic
  • Food (premium)

Perspective Correction

This section helps you achieve perfect perspective and straight photos. Similar to the Auto Perspective Correction feature that works in real-time while taking a photo, the "Auto Correct" button can be used afterward in the Editing Studio to remove perspective distortion with a single tap. Note that the app usually crops your photo to achieve the Perspective Correction effect.

There are two options in this section of the ProCamera Editing Studio:

  • Show Mask
  • Auto Correct

ProCut – cropping, image positioning and aspect ratio
