Direct export of the Lightbox files via Apple Devices app or iTunes on Windows

With ProCamera 17.3, we have upgraded the Lightbox (internal media library inside of ProCamera) to support fast and easy file transfers to a Mac or Windows computer. Additionally, you can now access your Lightbox content from any app that integrates with the Files app.

How to transfer files to a Windows PC using Apple Devices app or iTunes:

Note that before the Apple Devices app was launched, device management and file transfer was handled via iTunes app. Both apps work the same way, button placement might be slightly different.

Please note that any files you delete here are also deleted permanently from your iPhone/iPad.

As an alternative to directly transferring the files to your computer, you can export files from your Lightbox to the iOS media library ("Recents") first. Some users like to use the Lightbox for temporarily storing big amounts of photos from a photo shooting and then exporting the best shots to the iOS media library ("Recents") where they will be synced with Apple's Photos Cloud.

Direct export of Private Lightbox files

Note that safeguarded Private Lightbox files cannot be directly exported to a computer. However, you can export Private Lightbox files to the Lightbox and use the steps above to copy the files to your computer. You can also export your Private Lightbox files to iCloud Drive or an external storage device connected to your iPhone using the iOS Files app.
Alternatively, you can export the files to the iOS media library and from there export them using the Windows Photos app or iTunes (or some other third party app).
