How do I change the frame rate in video mode?

In Video mode, open the control panel (nine dots bottom right), and set the frame rate by tapping the third button, bottom row. 

Please be aware that not all frame rate options are supported with any resolution. When selecting a high frame rate (HFR), format and resolution might be adjusted automatically to the highest possible quality that supports your selected framerate.
